TUESDAY - 6PM
THURSDAY - 9:15AM / 6PM
FRIDAY - 5AM / 6AM
SATURDAY - 6AM / 7AM
Looking for an exciting training experience? You've come to the right place. With coaches who know their stuff and really care about your experience, you'll enjoy an intense and challenging workout every time.
These unique classes are mixed training classes of both male and female adults, ranging from 20-50+ years of age. The training classes and groups are coached by various coaches, typically 1-2 coaches at at time. You will work with Coach Rick, Coach Dena, and Coach Chris or Caitlyn. Each coach will bring you a different style of coaching but all coaches share the same goal.
The first week of the program is going to be a challenge but a challenge you can handle. You are going to experience a few things and we wanted to give you to know that we are here to help you.
