We always suggest that you are fully hydrated and or bring a Gatorade to sip on while you’re training!
Arrive at 16A Georgetown Lane Beaver, Pa 15009 Park along side Buffalo Street and walk up Georgetown Lane to the facility!
Please avoid parking in or around surrounding businesses!
Bring a clean pair of shoes to change into for your session!
