  • We always suggest that you are fully hydrated and or bring a Gatorade to sip on while you’re training!

  • Arrive at 16A Georgetown Lane Beaver, Pa 15009 Park along side Buffalo Street and walk up Georgetown Lane to the facility!

  • Please avoid parking in or around surrounding businesses!

  • Bring a clean pair of shoes to change into for your session!
