Program Design
The goals and emphasis of the Propel Clinic are to teach throwing athletes the appropriate mechanics of delivering the "mechanism", whether that be a baseball, javelin or softball.
The human body must move in an organized and unified fashion to be effective and efficient. Athletes that are familiar with the physics of their desired movement and biotensegrity of the whole, can ensure to maintain a healthy body, which includes the athletes throwing arm. And what better source of instruction than two top collegiate athletes that have recognized the training patterns!

Meet Your Coaches

Coach Chris DiNuzzo
Chris grew up in Beaver and attended Beaver High School where he was a multi-sport athlete. Chris is a graduate of Penn State University.
Javelin specialist: 3-time state qualifier, 2014 WPIAL champion in the javelin throw. Threw at the collegiate level with Penn State for a year until injury sidelined him for over a year but has since come back to throw farther than ever by applying the principles of MsE with the help of Rick Daman and Shawn Moody here at Daman's Strength. Current PB: 209' 1".

Coach Garren Telesz
Coach Garren is from Monaca, PA, and is a graduate from Central Valley High School in 2016. He is currently attending La Roche University while studying a double major in Health Sciences and Exercise and Sports Science along with a minor in Business Management. Garren is heading into his senior year of baseball at La Roche.
Garren is currently a student-athlete. He practices what he preaches and has increased his personal knowledge of athletic performance development from picking the brain of Coach Shawn Moody and the DST Staff.
