Program Design

The goals and emphasis of the Propel Clinic are to teach throwing athletes the appropriate mechanics of delivering the "mechanism", whether that be a baseball, javelin or softball.

The human body must move in an organized and unified fashion to be effective and efficient. Athletes that are familiar with the physics of their desired movement and biotensegrity of the whole, can ensure to maintain a healthy body, which includes the athletes throwing arm. And what better source of instruction than two top collegiate athletes that have recognized the training patterns!
