STOP HITTING THE SNOOZE BUTTON!

smash your alarm cock and wake up

It’s TIME to wake up!

This does NOT give you more energy because you get an extra “10 minutes” of sleep.
Your energy comes from consistently good sleep and nutrition.
But we’re going to concentrate on how you can and will win in the mornings.
Set Your Self Up for Morning / Routine Success.
You need to stop rushing around.
Every evening you should be 100% prepared the second you wake up.
A solid morning routine instantly decreases your stress levels.
Why? Because you’re not rushing around the house trying to get everything done in a 15 minute window.
You stress in the morning you’re going to stress on the way to work, at work and into the evening.
I’m Up, Now What?
Are you work clothes laid out? Is your gym gym completely packed and ready to go?
This saves valuable time!
Not only is it saving valuable time it’s setting up a positive mindset.
Your bag is packed and you don’t have to excuse, “my gym clothes are dirty” or “I forgot them at home”, “I’ll run home to get them after work”.

False, because these are all poor excuses for a lack of preparation.

Hydration and Preserve: It’s Time to Drink Up!

Drinking quality water first thing upon waking up will assist with proper hydration and provide energy!

Water / Water / Water: It’s that important. Even if you “hate the taste”.

Our bodies are made up of 70% water and our brains are made of of 85% water.

So that basically screams to me that pop, fruit juices and other gimmicky drinks don’t have a place in my nutrition.

When you wake up on a daily basis you’re already 2 cups dehydrated.

Before you start slamming down that coffee (which is okay, but yes its a diuretic and makes your urinate) you should focus on hydrating and preserving.

Water Intake: Drink 8-16 ounces of water before coffee
– Coach Moody would add / drinking room temperature water will assist with hydration and nutrient absorption

Preserve: Add in one scoop of BCAA’s
– Branched Chain Amino Acid’s are great for helping to preserve your muscle and recovery!

Energize: Black Coffee and Fresh Beet Juice

Beets are rich in natural chemicals called nitrates. Through a chain reaction, your body changes nitrates into nitric oxide, which helps with blood flow and blood pressure.

Coach Shawn Moody put me on to this and so far so good!

I actually had to decrease my morning amount to 4 ounces of Beet Juice because I already wake up with enough energy!

The entire approach to your morning should be a evening approach.

Don’t wake up in the morning already befind. Make it smooth! Make it fun and make it help your day begin!

We hope this helps you better understand what it takes it slowly continue to succeed with your health!

WAKE UP & GET MOVING …. LIFE IS CALLING YOU!
