We are 100% dedicated as coaches to YOU and your life of health.
When you come into a group the coaches will modify your training program in order to teach you proper movement patterns, build strength, and increase your metabolism.
These unique classes are mixed training classes of both male and female adults, ranging from 20-50 years of age. The training classes and groups are coached by various coaches, typically 1-2 coaches at at time. You will work with Coach Rick, Coach Mary, and Coach Shawn. Each coach will bring you a different style of coaching but all coaches share the same goal.
The first week of the program is going to be a challenge but a challenge you can handle. You are going to experience a few things and we wanted to give you a heads up on what to expect.
Expectations of Your First Week of Training
After your first workout you are going to experience an increase in mood and energy!
Day 2 of your first week you are going to be sore from the training session.
Day 3 of your first week you are going to experience the most soreness during that week. You will be going through what is called D.O.M.S. (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)
Day 4 is going to be refreshing now that soreness has subsided and you can actually walk up and down steps. (We have all been there, haha)
You may now be experiencing an increase in hunger as you have been burning more calories, using up your energy stores, and kicking up your metabolism. These are all normal and a sign for you to continue to feed your body through proper nutrition. Continue to hydrate, eat lean meats, complex carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits.
You feel great, have more energy than ever and are very excited for the next week of coaching and training!

Monday: 5:00 am / 6:00 am / 9:15 am / 6:00 pm
Arrive 10 minutes early.
Tuesday: 5:00 am / 9:15 am / 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 5:00 am / 6:00 am / 9:15 am / 6:00 pm
Thursday: 5:00 am / 9:15 am / 7:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am
Saturday: 6:00 am / 7:00 am / 8:00 am
Please bring a clean / dry pair of shoes to change into for your training session! Avoid Parking in or Around Surrounding Businesses. Please Park Directly In Front of the Facility or Along Side Buffalo Street.
